Students in grades K-6 attending an Eastside feeder school are invited to participate in this special tradition that brings together Lakota's future Thunderhawks. 
 
The event, hosted by the Lakota East PTSO, is an extension of Lakota East's boys and girls basketball games vs. Colerain High School on Jan. 17. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with the girls' team tipping off at 6 p.m. and the boys at 7:30.

All students in grades K-6 will receive free admission and a spirited giveaway. There will be a table for K-6 students to stop by to receive a Hawks pennant. There will also be a prize wheel, tattoo station and photo booth.

Students should gather in the upper gym at the start of the fourth quarter to participate in the annual Parade of Future Hawks that will take place between the two games. Schools will line up alphabetically, beginning with early childhood schools.
